SECTION I: GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. 3.6. It is intended that personal data, taking into account the general nature of personal data processed by the Data Controller, is processed in such a way that appropriate technical or organizational measures are used to ensure adequate protection of personal data, including against accidental loss of personal data processing without permission or illegal processing of personal data, destruction or damage (principle of integrity and confidentiality);

3.7. The data controller is responsible for ensuring that the above principles are followed and must be able to demonstrate that they are followed (principle of accountability).

This Policy is drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter - GDPR), personal data laws of the Republic of Lithuania protection of laws (hereinafter - ADTAĮ), other legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania.
